Twitter Updates for 2008-06-09 at paper graffiti

Working on some computer backups and tweaking while watching superhero movies on FX. Lots of resting today since I’m still not feeling 100%. #
I will be at a client meeting pretty much all day tomorrow. I’m taking the eeePC with me so I can tether during lunch for WWDC live updates! #
@jdyates X2 is absolutely fantastic…X3 was a huge disappointment by comparison. I’m a huge Phoenix Saga fan, so I hated what they did. #
Backing up my /home directory to JungleDisk/Amazon S3 so I can do some reinstalling. I’ve slightly borked my install of Hardy. #

I should have known better to listen to the update that said I needed a new Atheros driver. STUPID WINDOWS! I can’t believe I’m installing. #

Problem wasn’t the wireless, it was my install of IE 7 that got borked. Weird, but whatevs. I only need it for Netflix Watch Now! #
I use Firefox for all my browsing, even on the tiny install of XP I now have on my eeePC. Fixed IE, all is well, huzzah. #
@eiluned I think the hair down is impractical, as well as fighting crime in heels! There is no way they can do that and not break an ankle. #

Didn’t have time to figure out how to move my XP install to the SDHC card and reinstall Ubuntu on the SD, so I’m kicking it w/XP tomorrow. #
I hate Sunday nights, they make it so hard to go to bed and get up on Monday mornings! Can’t go to sleep until I fix my SDHC card. #
The good news is, Bluetooth PAN is working flawlessly so I’ll be able to follow along with the WWDC happenings. #
Well, eff me. 2 hours to analyze the SDHC card and recover the lost partition? SpinRite can work on it alone…I’m for bed. #
Hmmm, I think the USB drive I tried to salvage after the cleaning ladies destroyed it is well and gone. Poor little thing. #
Sitting in a client’s office, attempt to get screenshots aborted, now very early for my 2nd meeting. Tethered to my laptop via BT, woohoo! #
