- I once had to delete over 60,000 spam comments from my blog…You can bet that I appreciate that Akismet just takes care of for me! #

I’m sitting with some Twitter friends (daysies and DanielthePoet) at WordCamp Dallas, enjoying all the sessions and resting after our lunch from Rudy’s BBQ. I am so excited that I signed up for this event, because it has been a great learning and networking opportunity so far.
WordPress 2.5 came out just this morning, so I will be installing it on my brand new domain for my brand new project (URL to come soon!), and then I will upgrade here as well. The new features look amazing, and I’m really excited to harness the full power of WordPress now that I am learning a little more about it.

- @daysies I used to have an iSkin silicon keyboard cover for my iBook. I loved the idea of it but it was a giant pain in the ass. #
- @daysies I have never found my iBook to get dirty, however, either. YMMV, but it has not discolored or gotten all gross and it is 3 yrs old. #
